Keeley Moffitt and Will Turner are the two newest members of the personal training staff and both have a lot to offer! Keeley specializes in high intensity interval training, resistance training, strength and conditioning, power lifting, and strongman training. Will’s concentrations include sport specific training, kettle bell training, muscle building, prehabilitation and rehabilitation, and core training.
