Personal Training Program the Best Way to Get Back in Shape For Spring

There is no better way to get back in shape than to work with a Personal Trainer.  Our new program of Personal Training Services, now available at the Israel Fitness Center, has been received with rave reviews by the Yale Community.  Why not treat yourself to a series of intensive, personalized training sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. 

This new Personal Training Program is the latest addition to the wide array of athletic, health and fitness services offered here at the Payne Whitney Gym.  We hope you will try it soon!

PT@the FC – Personal Training at the Fitness Center will provide the Yale Community a service of personalized physical fitness where people can train consistently, sensibly and systematically over designated periods of time.

In addition to integrated personal training services, each of our Certified PT@the FC trainers have their own specific training specialties to offer customized training programs to clients with special needs or goals.  These include:

 In addition to single session samplers, PT@the FC also offers Packages of 5 Sessions (The Introduction), 10 Sessions (The Foundation) and 24 Sessions (The Commitment).  Commitment Level patrons can choose from our Gold Package that includes two sessions per week for 12 weeks, or our Platinum Package that includes three sessions per week for 8 weeks.
