Fitness & Wellness Programs

We are excited to announce the fall lineup of Group Exercise Classes for 2020!

We will offer both Virtual and on-site (at PWG) classes this fall.  

The classes at PWG will be available to “in residence” graduate and undergraduate students, while the Virtual classes will be open to the entire Yale Community.

Online Registration Goes LIVE September 17 at 9am.  See link below. 

CANCELLED - Special FREE Class on Morse-Stiles Lawn:  In addition to the classes mentioned above, we will offer a FREE Fitness Boxing Class, taught by Yale’s Director of Athletics, Vicky Chun, on Tuesday evenings, from 5-5:50pm. This class begins on September 15 (Tuesday).  There is no registration necessary for this class!
