Fitness & Wellness Programs

Online Registration for Summer Group Exercise Classes goes LIVE June 2nd , Wednesday at 9am.

Classes  begin Monday, June 7th and end July 30th (8 weeks). 

We will offer both Virtual and on-site (at PWG) classes this summer.  These will include:  Yoga, Pilates, Core-Body Strength, Zumba, Ballet, Shotokan Karate, and Spinning!

Classes at the PWG will be available to enrolled graduate and undergraduate students ONLY.

Virtual classes will be open to the entire Yale Community.
