Online Registration Goes LIVE February 10th, Wednesday at 9am.

Spring Group Exercise Classes for 2021!

We will offer both Virtual and on-site (at PWG) classes this spring.  These will include:  Yoga, Pilates, Core-Body Strength, Zumba, Barre Fitness, Ballet, Shotokan Karate, and Spinning!

Classes at PWG will be available to “in residence” graduate and undergraduate students ONLY.

Virtual classes will be open to the entire Yale Community.
