Spring Group Exercise Classes for 2021!
We will offer both Virtual and on-site (at PWG) classes this spring. These will include: Yoga, Pilates, Core-Body Strength, Zumba, Barre Fitness, Ballet, Shotokan Karate, and Spinning!
The classes at PWG will be available to “in residence” graduate and undergraduate students, while the Virtual classes will be open to the entire Yale Community.
Online Registration Goes LIVE February 10th, Wednesday at 9am.
