Group Fitness ClassesGroup Fitness Classes and programming are designed with the general population in mind. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are a seasoned fitness participant, modifications, and variations are provided to create an energetic, welcoming, challenging, yet inclusive atmosphere. Group Fitness Classes are offered in the “drop-in” style where you participants can attend sessions at their discretion without fear or consequence of missing skills or lessons from previous classes. To register for a Group Fitness Class, participants must be a current PWG member and must purchase one of the following Group Fitness Passes. |

All Access Pass | This group fitness pass provides the participant access to all group fitness classes (Yoga, Indoor Cycling, and GroupX fitness classes) for the duration of the membership. |
Indoor Cycling Pass | This group fitness pass provides the participant access to all group fitness classes (Yoga, Indoor Cycling, and GroupX fitness classes) for the duration of the membership. |
Yoga Pass | This group fitness pass provides the participant access to all Yoga classes for the duration of the membership. |
GroupX Pass | This group fitness pass provides the participant access to all GroupX classes for the duration of the membership. |
Winter/Summer Session |
This group fitness pass provides the participant access to all group fitness classes (Yoga, Indoor Cycling, and GroupX fitness classes) for Winter/Summer sessions. Participants require a PWG Membership to enter Payne Whitney Gym.

Instructional ClassesUnlike Group Fitness Classes, Instructional Classes are taught in a sequential process where students will build on skills and lessons from previous classes. Participants are encouraged to read the description for each class as there may be skill or experience prerequisites. Though attendance is not required for all class sessions, attendance is highly encouraged. |
