Summer 2021 Safety Protocols and Procedures

  • Dates, Hours, and Time Limits: The 2021 Outdoor Education Center season is July 5 – September 6 for day use only. Open daily 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday for waterfront use. Picnickers must leave their table 30 minutes after the waterfront closes. Personal time limits may be placed on swimming and paddlecraft use during peak times.
  • Distancing: Everyone must always maintain a social distance of at least six feet over the entire property including parking lots and waterfront areas. Respect of social distancing applies to fellow OEC patrons and staff. An exception to social distancing is the use of a picnic table by those within your social group. Anyone not following social distancing policies will be asked to leave.
