Updated Masking Guidance begins on Monday, March 21st

March 14, 2022

Current Masking Guidance ends on Sunday, March 20th: All members are required to wear a face covering at all times, unless actively hydrating, swimming, or showering.   A cloth mask is not acceptable protection, except when worn as an over-mask when double-masking.  3-ply or ASTM masks are recommended.

Updated Masking Guidance begins on Monday, March 21st: Following the Updated Masking Guidance from the University, face coverings will be optional for members visiting PWG and individuals participating in Campus Recreation programs beginning on Monday, March 21st. As per the Updated Masking Guidance, masking is still required for those who have COVID-19 symptoms or test positive, are a close contact of someone who has tested positive, and/or have a university-sponsored exemption to vaccination. Masks are strongly encouraged for those who are fully vaccinated but have not yet received a booster.

3-ply masks are available at the Welcome Desk and Israel Fitness Center. Please ask staff for assistance.
