Members with Yale NetIDs 

Yale Students and Faculty/Staff must sign in with your Yale NetID (CAS)

Yale Campus Recreation cannot assist with changing or resetting Yale NetID passwords. If you suspect you Yale NetID may be incorrect in our membership system, email pwg@yale.edu


Members without a Yale NetIDs 

Alumni, Retirees, Spouse/Household memebrs, etc.

First time users without a Yale NetID or if you have forgotten your password/username:

  1. Go the MyRec sign in page.    
  2. Enter your username or email associated with your membership
  3. Click the “Next” button
  4. Click the “Trouble Signing in?” and follow the prompts to recover username or reset password

Check the email associated with your account. Password email resets can take a few minutes to appear in your email inbox. Check the spam/junk folders. GMail users should check their Promotions folder as some password reset emails go there.

If you are unsure of your username or believe the email asscoiated with your account is incorrect, please email pwg@yale.edu for assistance.

Passwords for Non Yale NetIDs (CAS) users must contain: a lower case letter, number, symbol, must be at least six characters long, and cannot contain your username. This is a recent update and some members may need to reset their password.
