Group Fitness & Wellness Classes

Group Fitness & Wellness Classes are designed for participants of all levels. A diverse array of classes is offered each semester including spinning, yoga, pilates, martial arts, dance, and cardio based formats.  Classes are open to all current PWG Members (including  undergraduate and graduate students). Preregistration is required to attend all classes.
