PWG Guest Passes

Guest Passes allow current PWG member to sponsor another individual for a one-time pass to PWG.  Guests must comply with University Visitor and Vaccination policy.

• Guest Passes allow current PWG member to sponsor another individual for a one-time pass to PWG.
• Guest Passes are valid for one-visit per person. 
• Guests must always remain with the sponsoring member. The sponsoring member is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guest.
• Guests must comply with University Visitor and Vaccination policy, which can be found here. https://covid19.yale.edu/visitors-policy
• Before completing your purchase you will need to enter the guest’s name, phone number and email address. Your guest will also need to sign the PWG User-Agreement and Waiver.
• Guest Passes expire two days after the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for unused passes.

Redeeming a Guest Pass at the PWG Welcome Desk

When checking into the PWG Welcome Desk, the member will check in as per normal and inform the staff they would like to redeem a Guest Pass for their guest.
